Silence brings us back home. Back to our escence, back to the real life.
It is so necesary to stop and be in silence. I invite you all to try it. It might not be easy in the begginng but slowly we get used to it and we feel save and in peace.
Try it!! may be 10 minutes a day, may be half an hour, may be one hour. Try to experiment beeing here and now, listening to the birds, the wind, the traffic, what ever is there. Try just to close your eyes for a few minutes and be here and now.
